Description

Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse in a facility setting. The position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment, utilizing nursing processes in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and facility policies. This role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe patient care, along with maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shifts, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts. Shifts may include weekdays and weekends, with a rotation as specified.
  • Required Qualifications: Must have a North Carolina or multi-state compact registered nurse license. Must possess a minimum of 2 years recent Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) experience, ACLS and BLS certifications (through the American Heart Association), vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience. Certifications must be attached to the submittal.
  • Additional Information: Candidate will be expected to participate in on-call duties one weekend per month. Must adhere to facility policies and demonstrate the ability to delegate patient care appropriately based on staff education and experience.
  • Submittal Requirements: Submission must include the attached template with the following details:
    • Years of Clinical Experience
    • Years of Travel Experience
    • EMR Experience
    • Certifications on file
    • Whether the candidate has prior experience at a similar facility (Y/N), with details if yes
    • Confirmation of SSN, DOB, RTR, and Vendor Submittal Packet attachment
    • Any requested time off in the past 3 months, with dates
    • Available interview times over the next 72 hours
