Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) Lone Tree, Colorado. This seasonal travel position involves supporting a specialized Spine and Total Joint surgery unit within the organizations surgical services team. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols during intricate surgical procedures.

Job Details

Certifications: Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT), with current BLSD (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers), ORA (Ophthalmic Registered Assistant), and NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certifications.

Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to work in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Years of Experience: 0 years minimum; 6 months current hospital CST experience preferred.
Schedule: Day shift from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. On-call required with a 30-minute response time, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large spinal fusions including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR; spinal and joint scrub experience is a plus.
Additional Information: The unit involves Spine and Joint surgeries with procedures such as spine fusions, ALIFS, and total joint replacements. Scrubs are provided for operating room and CST staff, and on-call responsibilities are part of the schedule.
