Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry, location unspecified. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy hospital setting, with responsibilities including interpreting EKG strips, managing cardiac drips, and supporting patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment. Candidates must be adaptable, team-oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides care for medical-surgical and neurology patients, including stroke, neurosurgery, and Candida Auris cases. Requires BLS and ACLS certifications. Prior experience in a high-volume hospital focused on Cardiology and trauma care is preferred.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; minimum of 2 years' RN experience; experience with EPIC charting system; medical-surgical and neurology experience preferred; 3+ years' total healthcare experience preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days or nights, every other weekend (EOW), with a 48-hour minimum per week. Must arrive 15 minutes early for shift changes.
• Additional Information: Must be experienced with basic EKG interpretation, telemetry monitoring, and cardiac drips. Flexibility in scheduling and floating between units is required. The hospital environment is busy and complex, demanding adaptability and strong clinical skills.
• Submission Requirements: Active RN license required for submission; charting experience in EPIC preferred.
