Job Summary
Endoscopy Lab Nurse in the ENDO LAB Specialty a healthcare provider location. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the endoscopy procedures unit, supporting patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. The position requires a focus on procedural sedation, airway management, and collaborative care to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Associate's Degree in Nursing; CA RN License; BLS; ACLS; graduation from an accredited registered nursing program; Epic experience (minimum of six to twelve months within the past year).
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimizing 32 hours per week, primarily days.
- Preferred Skills & Experience: Endoscopy experience, procedural sedation experience, progressive care, critical care, emergency room nursing, discharge planning, airway management, EKG interpretation, moderate sedation, sedatives, reversal medication, flexibility with unit needs, recent charge nurse experience, and open to floating within cluster/similar departments.
- Additional Requirements: Endoscopy experience and procedural sedation are required.
