The organization is seeking an Emergency Room (ER) specialist for a position in Merrimack. The role involves providing emergency care in a hospital setting with a high patient census, including pediatric patients. The position requires experienced and versatile healthcare professionals capable of managing a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Specialist at a facility with 41 private exam beds, an accelerated care unit, and approximately 75 daily ED census, including pediatric cases.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Up-to-date license to practice in Massachusetts, two or more years of experience in emergency care, skills checklist matching the specialty, travel experience preferred, the ability to include RTO (time off requests) at the time of submission, and EMR experience preferred with Meditech Expanse 6.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients and comfort working with this demographic.
- Additional Information: Must be comfortable managing pediatric cases as part of their patient ratio. Submission requires an up-to-date resume, RTO details, and matching skills checklist.
