Job Summary
The organization is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Wenatchee, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate patient care within the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing current evidence-based practices, and adhering to unit standards and policies. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over the course of approximately three months.

- Location: Wenatchee, WA
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
- End Date: 01/17/2027
- Required Qualifications: WA State / Compact RN Licensure; active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications; 1 year of ICU nursing experience; adherence to policies and standards including the Washington Nurse Practice Act; ability to float as a sitter.
- Coordinates and provides high-quality patient care in a caring and compassionate manner, utilizing the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice.
- Develops, implements, and reassesses patients individualized plan of care.
- Provides nursing care including medication administration, procedures, and treatments.
- Continually evaluates discharge plans for appropriateness, educational needs, and necessary changes.
- Documents assessments, care provided, interventions, and responses accurately.
- Collects patient information needed to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Performs holistic ongoing assessments and responds appropriately.
- Determines and executes appropriate nursing actions to meet care goals, addressing physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
- Educates patients and families with timely health information and written materials.
- Maintains current knowledge of workflows, evidence-based procedures, and hospital policies.
- Delegates and oversees care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel.
- Participates in performance evaluation and improvement processes.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with all healthcare team members.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
