Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Tallahassee, FL This position involves providing specialized patient care within a trauma level 2 teaching facility that is also a designated comprehensive stroke center and chest pain center. The role requires floating to all units within the medical surgical division and ensuring high-quality care for diverse patient populations.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS and FL license or compact license, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years of acute medical surgical telemetry experience. Prior travel experience of at least 1 assignment is required.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: BLS and FL license or compact license, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years of acute medical surgical telemetry experience.
Additional Information: Floating is required for this role, with travelers floating first and to all units within the medical surgical division. EPIC training is required during the second half of the day at orientation, with testing opportunities available. Orientation occurs every Monday. IVS to offer if 4 days or less of RTO.
Responsibilities include delivering patient care aligned with hospital standards, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to safety protocols.
Candidates must have prior travel experience and be proficient in the use of electronic medical records.
