Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Medical (ICU MEDICAL) registered nurse position available in a California-based facility. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process, while supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff.

Job Details

• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS). Experience requirement: 0 years.
• Additional Information: Responsible for collecting relevant data pertinent to the patients health, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care. Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning. Delegates duties appropriately and performs other related job duties as assigned.
