Job Summary
Operating Room Specialist Location unspecified. This position involves circulating and scrubbing in various surgical procedures within a high-acuity medical environment. The role requires adaptable, experienced professionals capable of working across multiple service lines in a dynamic hospital setting.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience, with preference given to candidates with level 1 trauma and academic medical center background. Experience in surgery centers does not count toward years of experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Days are scheduled from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
• Required Qualifications: Experience in scrub and circulating roles, with the ability to work across all hospital service lines including ortho (joint and trauma), neuro (crani and spine), plastics/burn, gen/trauma, colorectal, surgical oncology, gyn, gyn oncology, urology, robotics, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant. For off-shift applicantsevenings, nights, weekendsexperience in pediatrics and ophthalmology is also required.
• Additional Information: The candidate should be well-rounded and prepared to float across multiple departments, with a strong background in a level 1 trauma and academic medical center setting. The position demands flexibility and extensive surgical experience to support a broad range of complex procedures.
