Job Details

• Position Description: Travel registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), specializing in ICU stepdown care for a 20-bed unit.
• Location: Englewood, CO.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year current PCU experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Extensive neuro-neurological experience and previous PCU and cardiac experience are desirable.
• Additional Information: The unit is fast-paced and high acuity, specializing in cardiac care with a focus on procedures such as chest tube management, pacer wire removal, and 12-lead EKGs. Staff includes experienced nurses and advanced technology with a team-oriented environment.
