Description
Bachelor's degree, required, Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required, 3+ years’ experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management, 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership, Needs someone with extensive experience in Case Management at a large acute care facility (OVER 500 Beds) Candidates will be rejected if they do not have EXTENSIVE Case Management experience in a LARGE Hospital system, 15% Performance Bonus, 10K Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Assistance on Case By Case Basis.
