Local candidates will not be considered. Applicants must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position.

Schedule Notes : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Excellent IV skills, instilling prescribed pupil-dilating drops, patient interviews, and assessments. Must be able to recover phase 1 PACU patients, manage airways, and manage pain or nausea in patients aged 6 months to age 95. ACLS and PALS required. Familiarity with surgical eye cases strongly preferred (cataracts, cornea, retina, glaucoma, plastics). Ability to maintain a fast pace and embrace teamwork.

Required Skills & Experience:
-1 year of experience.
-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
-Some computer skills.

Required Education:
-Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Education:
-Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
-Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
