Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 6/15/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2156.00 - $2289.00

CLINICAL INTERVIEWING - MGR FINAL DECISION Unit Information: o Beds: N/A o Minimum Years of Experience required? 5 years o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o Travelers will care for patients in NICU, pediatric, ER, MedSurg, Tele, Oncology, and ICU. No L&D Case Load: o As low as 15 patients and as high as 25-30, depending on staffing Required License, National Certification, Certs: o BLS, BSN o State of WA RN license Skills required: o Experience with above patients o Case management and discharge planning, strong assessment skills, ability to discharge homeless patients and discharge patients to the next level of care to SNF, IP, LTAC, Shelter, Assisted Living Facility, Medicare/Medicaid patients. Support within the Department: o Case Management Social Workers o Case Management Assistant o CM Manager daily o Will be partnered with a CM Social Worker Technology/Equipment: o EMR: EPIC – experience preferred Floating: If yes, where? o Throughout hospital Orientation (facility and unit): o NEO o 2 weeks in department Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: Every other weekend o On call? No o Holiday Expectations: Holidays are required according to department rotation and as needed for coverage o RTO Approval: Ok to approve 7 days o Shift times: 0700-1730, four 10h days. 2 15 mins breaks and 1 30 min meal break. o Schedule cycle: Other notes: o Scrub Color or attire: Any solid color scrub or business casual attire

Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS

1 ref within 12 mos for job worked in last 5 yrs
acute care case manger experience with following units : NICU, pediatric, ER, MedSurg, Tele, Oncology, and ICU.
