Travel RN Home Health jobs in Philadelphia, PA are available for 13-week assignments starting ASAP. You will work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with an expected 40 hours per week. Required skills include Pennsylvania RN license and home health experience. Your responsibilities include making 5 to 6 home visits per day, following care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, and documenting in Homecare Homebase EMR. You will assess patient conditions, coordinate care, and communicate with the clinical team. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile[1].
