Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Manage a caseload within an outpatient clinic setting during day shift hours

Required Qualifications

Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
Ability to work a guaranteed 36-hour week with availability up to 40 hours as needed
Any overtime hours must receive prior director approval before being worked

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in an orthopedic setting
New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
