Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
  • Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
  • Manage a caseload within an outpatient clinic setting during day shift hours

Required Qualifications

  • Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Ability to work a guaranteed 36-hour week with availability up to 40 hours as needed
  • Any overtime hours must receive prior director approval before being worked

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in an orthopedic setting
  • New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
