Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Some Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) setting with a focus on neuro/neurosurgical patients
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the specialty being applied to
• ICU experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must pass a Telemetry competency exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; 100% identification of lethal rhythms required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neurosurgery experience strongly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or IMC environment
