Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cardiovascular pathophysiology in a fast-paced, high-volume interventional laboratory setting
• Provide and maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and families throughout the post-procedure recovery process
• Foster continuity of patient care and facilitate consistent, efficient information flow among all staff
• Utilize equipment, supplies, and nursing resources appropriately while ensuring all documentation and billing requirements are met
• Communicate and educate effectively at all levels, demonstrating a high standard of professionalism and collaboration
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to support patient safety and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Advanced knowledge and skills in assessment and evaluation of chronically ill cardiac patients
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting of linen, supplies, and patients as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an electrophysiology (EP) lab or PACU environment
• Experience working in a high-volume interventional or procedural setting requiring strong teamwork and collaboration
