Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Location

Ada, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services primarily in a Med/Surg setting with occasional coverage in Acute Rehab
Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
Float to Acute Rehab unit as needed to support patient care demands
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately within the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience; new graduates with relevant clinical affiliations will be considered
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to EPIC EMR
Ability to work in a fast-paced Med/Surg and Acute Rehab environment
Compliance with facility dress code (black scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in Med/Surg or Acute Rehabilitation settings
Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
