CT Technologist – Travel Contract
Location
Gainesville, Florida
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and department standards
- Operate and maintain CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) with CT registry preferred
- Current state licensure or eligibility to work as a Radiology Technologist in Florida
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a Friday through Sunday schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with high-volume, full-service medical and surgical acute care environments
- Experience with advanced CT applications such as cardiac, neuro, or vascular imaging
