Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations on a Medical/Surgical unit
• Manage and treat patients with common diagnoses including Pneumonia, COPD, CHF, CVA, and Cancer
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EHR
• Float to all areas of the facility as needed to support staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with Cerner or comparable electronic health record system
• Ability to float to all areas of the facility as required
• No on-call requirements; must be available for scheduled day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations in an acute care setting
• Familiarity with management of Pneumonia, COPD, CHF, CVA, and oncology diagnoses
• Strong adaptability and willingness to work across multiple units within a facility
