Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Must have been separated from any prior employment at this facility type for at least one year to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
