Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule, 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
