Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care and clinical guidelines
  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
  • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements
  • Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
