Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Support an EPIC conversion project, including accurate and timely electronic health record documentation

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
EPIC experience within the last 12 months
Recent Cerner experience required; charting system must be documented for each work history entry
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
No requested time off (RTO) — start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Acute care facility experience
