Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Prior experience in an outpatient or similar physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Willingness to obtain a permanent state license as required for the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with documentation systems and clinical compliance standards in a contract setting
