Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 9:00–18:00) | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Deliver care across scheduled day shifts, including coverage through 6:00 PM on designated days
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Participate in orientation and complete required annual training modules
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
- Demonstrated orthopedic and neurological therapy skills
- Proof of flu vaccination required (exemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments
