Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an adult and geriatric ICU population with diagnoses including ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, liver failure, drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2–3, with the possibility of a third patient assignment as census requires
• Utilize unit systems including Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR communication framework
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard scheduling rotation
• Fulfill holiday work requirements per assignment period per established holiday policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Ability to complete all compliance and onboarding documentation within required deadlines prior to start date
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes or RTO requests accepted post-offer or post-start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with CRRT management in an ICU setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
• Experience caring for post-operative and multi-system critically ill patients
