Contract | Days | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 3–4 Days per Week (30–40 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings (approximately 15% inpatient, 85% outpatient)
• Deliver patient care with a primary focus on geriatric and neurological populations
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using WebPT (outpatient) and CPSI (inpatient) EMR systems
• Collaborate within a team-oriented therapy department alongside a variety of providers
• Participate in a flexible scheduling structure based on departmental needs and therapist preference

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington State)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn WebPT and CPSI EMR platforms
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with geriatric and/or neurological patient populations
• Background in a critical access hospital or rural healthcare setting
• Board certification in a physical therapy specialty
