Registered Nurse – ICU
Location
Philadelphia, PA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care for ICU patients
- Implement the medical plan of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor and assess patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Coordinate with all clinical disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Multi-State Compact RN License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Relevant clinical experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Additional specialty certifications relevant to critical care nursing
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment
