Job Title

CT Technologist

Location

Portland, OR

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures in a high-volume acute care hospital setting, including an Adult Level I Trauma and Teaching facility
Administer IV contrast and manage IV access as required for imaging procedures
Operate Siemens CT equipment in accordance with department protocols and standards
Float within the department and across the system as needed to meet facility staffing requirements
Complete assigned education modules within one week of assignment start
Document and chart accurately using Epic electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

ARRT certification in CT required
BLS certification required
Active Oregon Medical Imaging (OBMI) state license required, or proof of active application and fingerprinting
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
Siemens CT equipment experience required
IV skills required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience charting in Epic electronic health records system
Prior experience in a trauma or teaching hospital environment
Ability to accommodate a block scheduling arrangement
