Job Title

Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 15-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous contract or travel therapy experience
Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation facility setting
