Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
  • Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
  • Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous contract or travel therapy experience
  • Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation facility setting
