Job Title

Physical Therapist

Location

Silver City, NM

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Mexico
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Availability Monday through Friday, day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
Familiarity with New Mexico state compliance and documentation requirements
