Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8s, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; 4x10 schedule available by request (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM); weekend coverage required once per month in acute setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both outpatient and acute care settings, with a primary focus on outpatient care
• Deliver monthly weekend coverage in the acute care setting on a rotating basis
• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, preferably using Epic
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes across both care settings
• Participate in holiday coverage rotation as required per contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required (may apply immediately upon offer; not required to be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Outpatient clinic and acute care experience required
• Must not reside within 100 miles of the facility (local candidates are not accepted)
• Minimum one year of prior travel therapy experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Demonstrated ability to transition effectively between outpatient and acute care environments
