Contract | Nights | 3x13-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Consecutive days beginning Monday or Tuesday | Shift start time may vary up to +/- 2 hours based on unit need | On-call rotation required | Holiday coverage required (one holiday per 13-week contract, in rotation with staff)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in an acute care, Level I Trauma Center environment
• Prepare and/or administer contrast media in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation alongside permanent staff
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility location as needed (approximately half a mile from primary assignment location)
• Complete orientation modules and Epic documentation requirements per facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Active state imaging license required; Virginia state license required (Virginia emergency authorization accepted while permanent VA license is processing)
• Siemens CT equipment experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume acute care or trauma center setting
• Familiarity with Magnet-designated hospital environments and associated standards of practice
