Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Free Standing Emergency Department

Location

Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Mid Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a free-standing emergency department setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Respond to emergent and critical patient situations with appropriate clinical interventions

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour mid shifts (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience
Experience in a free-standing or high-volume emergency department environment
TNCC or CEN certification
