Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (some night shifts may be required) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room department
• Float and provide nursing care in the Medical/Surgical department as needed
• Deliver 24/7 emergency nursing services within a critical access hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with clinical standards
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
• Experience in both Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical departments
• Valid driver's license required for residency verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with critical access hospital environments
• Flexibility with shifts and departments to support assignment placement
