Contract | Days | Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Weekends and holidays required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in all surgical areas across a broad range of cases including general, ortho, neuro, gynecology, urology, robotics, and endovascular procedures
• Provide skilled circulating support for complex cases such as craniotomies and laparoscopic procedures
• Utilize the Epic electronic health record system to document and manage patient care
• Participate in weekend shifts and on-call coverage as required (approximately one to two weekends per month)
• Float to other units or areas as needed per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room circulating experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current NIH certification
• Epic experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented including where it was utilized; candidates must pass an Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating across multiple surgical specialties including endovascular, orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, urology, and robotics
• Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment requiring adaptability across case types
