Job Title

Physical Therapist

Templeton, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekends (every third weekend)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions in alignment with department objectives
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient group care
Deliver acute care physical therapy services within an inpatient setting
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately using Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Acute care experience required
Experience using Epic in acute care settings with Navigator

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration in an inpatient environment
