Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Montana
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Experience with geriatric patient populations
