Job Title

RN - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 2:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned patient group in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the Emergency Room setting
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments to ensure continuity and quality of care
Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required
AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
