Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous experience in an acute care facility setting
