Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements while on-site

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Ohio
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Valid state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
