Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across two clinic locations
• Evaluate and treat adult patients with orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Deliver specialty services including concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Participate in training and initial orientation as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC EMR
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with no option for a 4-day schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or general medical/surgical patient populations in an outpatient setting
• Specialty training or experience in one or more of the following: concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, or dry needling
