Description

Job Title

Travel RN – OB/GYN / Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby

Location

Missoula, Montana

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby unit within a Joint Commission Accredited facility
Monitor and assess laboring patients, supporting varying patient ratios (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 depending on acuity)
Deliver postpartum care to mothers and newborns, including education and discharge planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in a Level 3 NICU and teaching hospital environment
Float within the facility or to nearby units as operationally required

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana or compact state eligibility
Minimum 1–2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Demonstrated postpartum / Mother Baby clinical experience
Ability to meet float requirements as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a Level 3 NICU-affiliated or high-acuity OB environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in Labor & Delivery settings
