Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Guaranteed 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) data and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status
Administer neonatal resuscitation procedures as needed in accordance with NRP guidelines
Maintain patient ratios of 1:3–4, delivering safe and effective care throughout each shift
Float between like units as required to support staffing needs
Complete required compliance modules via the online learning portal prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending state license accepted
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
Availability to work weekends as required
Must not be a first-time traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

3 or more years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
