Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts, Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Assist physicians and radiologists at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, including special procedures and angiographic procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures while maintaining a high quality of diagnostic images
• Maintain availability and sterility of equipment and supplies for assigned areas, including knowledge of contrast media administration and cross-sectional anatomy
• Provide timely diagnostic imaging services to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA radiologic technology program
• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience required
• At least 1 prior travel assignment completed successfully
• State licensure as a general radiographer (or eligibility)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT (CT) advanced certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR and/or Change Healthcare PACS preferred
