Job Title

RN - Emergency Room (CNA Represented)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (19:00 - 07:30) | 36 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in an emergency room setting
Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care activities
Meet and maintain established Standards of Nursing Practice
Promote cooperation and effective communication among the health care team

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of one year of recent acute care RN experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA or ARC) required within 6 months of hire or transfer
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (AHA or ARC; ENPC meets PALS requirement) required within 6 months of hire or transfer

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification or experience
