Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility and function
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
Strong documentation and patient communication skills
