Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill a short-term contract assignment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a registry or contract staffing environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to new facility workflows and protocols
