Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
Monitor and evaluate clinical staff competency on the unit level
Support appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in Telemetry nursing
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a telemetry setting
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to supervise and delegate care to appropriate staff members

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience supporting nursing leadership or charge nurse responsibilities
Familiarity with quality and safety standards in an acute care environment
